Charlie was a great person. He took care of his friends and always seemed to be smiling.  When I was young, I looked up to Charlie and was honored to be his friend.  He will be missed by many. It’s  hard to believe how many people knew Charlie. He was one of the most popular guy I ever known. I am happy to hear that Louie was able to help Charlie make peace prior to his passing.  Rest In Peace Charlie. 

It was a honor knowing Charlie O..We have been friends his we were kids..He was a faithful friend and never gave up on me ,nor did he ever judge me. We were friends no matter what..I had the privilege to help Charlie get right with God..He ask God for forgiveness with the blinking of his eyes and said yes to Jesus..I would tell him to keep asking for forgiveness every time he remembered something he did wrong..God didn’t take Charlie right way..I believe He had mercy on Charlie..He gave Charlie enough time to get his right and be forgiven..I know I will see Charlie again and he will be in his glorified body, walking and talking again..My friend had a smile that would light up the room and he had a big heart to share with everyone..He loved to dance and he was a true ladies man..You couldn’t help but love him.God bless you brother and thank you Jesus for touching his heart and for his everlasting life.Until we meet again..

My sincere condolences to all extended family of Charlie O’s. We crossed path again around 4-5 years ago. Charlie was super cool and very respectful towards me. My favorite memory is enjoying some good barbacoa from Martinez Barbacoa on Fredericksburg Rd. with some mutual friends Lisette & Cesar Rodriguez. Thank you Charlie O for always looking out and being a great friend. May you rest in paradise friend!!! ~M

He was preceded in death by his stepfather Fred Carmona, grandparents Ramiro and Celia Acevedo, and Frank and Lilly Orozco. Recently he lost his uncle Ramiro Acevedo Jr. who he loved playing golf with.


He is survived by his mother Theresa Acevedo Carmona sons Ricardo Milan Orozco and Dario Orozco, also daughter Amilla Celia Orozco. He had many aunts and uncles here and in Houston. He was loved by all his Acevedo and Orozco families
