Carlos Manuel Tovar Alanis Jr. went to be with the Lord on May 8, 2014 at the age of 68. Carlos was born on November 4, 1945 to Mauro and Felipa Alanis in Monterrey, Mexico. He is preceded in death by his parents and Felipe Alanis, Maria Margarita Alanis.
