Billie is preceded in death by parents, Hubert and Christine Adams, husband Harry T. Pitts, Jr., sons Randal Adam Pitts and Gary Pitts, and sister Shirley Southwell. She is survived by daughter Pamela Noyes (Craig), daughter-in-law Kathy Pitts, son Michael Pitts, 5 grandchildren (Matthew Pitts, Stephen Pitts, Trent Pitts, Cody Pitts and Elizabeth Noyes), and sister Geneva Staudt of Corpus Christi, Texas, and their families.
Billie graduated from Harlingen High School and Texas A&I College in Kingsville, Texas with a degree in business administration. She met her beloved husband Harry while attending A&I. Billie spent her life devoted to her family and to their family business, Pitts Electric, and enjoyed traveling with her husband, sisters and friends and spending time in the Colorado mountains.
