Betty Jean Nelson, born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on Novembers 02, 1928 was called home to be with the Lord, on May 31, 2018 in San Antonio, Texas at age of 89. She was preceded in death by her beloved parents Mildred Elizabeth Stanland and Woody Granville Puckett. Betty is survived by her loving daughter Brenda K. Nelson, numerous other relatives and friends. She will be dearly missed.

A Visitation will be held on Monday, June 4, 2018 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Sunset Funeral Home, 1701 Austin Highway, San Antonio, Texas. A Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, June 06, 2018 at 11:00 am at Allen Cemetery in Allen, Texas.
