Bertha A. Villarreal Colunga

Bertha A. Villarreal-Colunga, born on March 12, 1948 in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico was called to be with the Lord on February 23, 2020 at the age of 71. She is preceded in death by her parents, Gilberto Flores Villarreal and Juanita Cardenas; brother, Jesse Villarreal. She is survived by her husband, Candido B. Colunga Jr.; daughter, Monica Hinojosa (Isaac); grandchildren, Mya Hinojosa and Mariah Hinojosa; siblings, Gilberto Villarrreal (Consuelo), Mary Helen Cutter, Mario Villarreal (Debbie), Sylvia Bringas (Albert), Mary Dolores Lozano and Janie Patterson (Raymond); also, numerous nieces and nephews. The Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 9:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino, 226 Cupples Rd. with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. The Procession will depart from the funeral home on Thursday, March 5, 2020 at 9:15 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. Mass of the Resurrection at Mission San Jose, 701 E. Pyron St., San Antonio, TX 78214. Interment will follow in San Fernando Cemetery II.
