Benita Vasquez was called to the Lord on Sunday, May 7, 2023 at the age of 94. She was born March 21, 1929 in San Antonio, Texas.

She is preceded in death by her son, Romero Maldonado; parents, Manuela and Bernardino Vasquez Sr.; sister, Catarina Vasquez; brothers, Raymond Vasquez, Rudy Vasquez and Roger Vasquez.

She is survived by her brothers, Bernardino Vasquez Jr. and Joe Vasquez, numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, family and friends. Benita will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

There will be a Visitation held Friday, May 12, 2023 beginning at 8:30 a.m. with a Chapel Service beginning at 11:00 a.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Road, San Antonio, Texas 78237. Burial will follow at San Fernando Cemetery III, 1735 Cupples Rd., San Antonio, Texas 78226.
