Aurora Perez Zuniga born on February 16, 1930 in San Antonio, TX was called to be with the Lord on August 31, 2014 at the age of 84. She was a loving and wonderful mother who was very supportive of her family. She loved to cook and bake cookies especially during the Christmas Holidays. She enjoyed gardening and visiting with her friends. She is preceded in death by her husband, Fernando Zuniga Jr. and son, Fernando P. Zuniga. She is survived by her sons; Arthur Zuniga and Albert Zuniga; 2 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; cousin, Alice Zuniga; also, numerous nieces and nephews. A Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Sunday September 7, 2014 at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd. with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Procession will depart from the funeral home on Monday, September 8, 2014 at 9:30 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. Mass of the Resurrection at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church. Interment will follow in San Fernando Cemetery No.2.
