Arthur B. Reyna

Arthur B. Reyna went to be with the Lord on July 22, 2011 at the age of 80. He was preceded in death by his wife, Aurora Vasquez Reyna; parents, Raphael and Anita Reyna. Mr. Reyna is survived by his children and their spouses, Arthur Jr. and (Yolanda Reyna), Yolanda Reyna, Sylvia Reyna, Priscilla Reyna Ovalle, Eric V. Reyna and (Maria Avila), Rene and (Jeanette Reyna); grandchildren, Marissa G. Hernandez, Natasha I. Hernandez, Miguel A. Ovalle, Crista E. Ovalle, Tessa Reyna, Karenna Reyna, Angelica Avila; great grandchildren, Ivan Reyna and Nina Reyna; brother and sister-in-law, Roland and Nora Reyna; numerous nieces and nephews and other relatives. Mr. Reyna honorably served in the United States Army during the Korean War. He was a former member of the Knights of Columbus. A former member of the men’s club at Immaculate Conception Church, an avid reader, attended the weekly Coffee Club with friends and loved to play bingo. Visitation will begin 8:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 27, 2011 with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd. A procession will depart the funeral home at 8:30 a.m. Thursday, July 28, 2011 for a 9:00 a.m. mass at Immaculate Conception, 314 Merida. Interment to follow in Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
