Arthur Martinez Mesa, born on December 15, 1933 in San Antonio, Texas died, April 25, 2017 at the age of 83. He is preceded in death by his son, Danny Aguilar. He is survived by his beloved wife, Martha M. Mesa; children, Maria Van De Putte(Gary) , Joe (Rose), Ruben Jr., Marcos (Margie) , Irma and Leonard Aguilar, Victoria Salas (Cipriano); 9 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren; sisters, Timmy Solis, Janie Ruiz, Estella Cardenas, and Sara Camargo; brother, Jesse Mesa, and numerous nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Sunday, April 30, 2017 at Trevino Funeral Home, with a Rosary recited at 7:00 p.m. A procession will depart Monday, May 1, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. Mass St. Timothy Catholic Church. Interment will follow at San Fernando Cemetery No.2. The Family would like to thank the Complete Care Hospice Staff.
