Armando G. Garcia, age 86, went to be with the Lord on November 29, 2014 in San Antonio, TX. He was born on May 15, 1928 in Laredo, TX. He retired after 32 years from Civil Service at Ft. Sam Houston. He was a loving father, grandfather, brother and friend who will be dearly missed.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Elvia C. Garcia; He is survived by his 2 children, Stephen Garcia & Monica Karam; 4 grandchildren, Zachary & Douglas Karam and Noah & Zoe Garcia; brother, Richard Garcia & wife Delores; sister, Minerva Perez & husband Refugio; and numerous other relatives.
The Memorial Mass will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, December 19, 2014 at St. Matthew's Catholic Church, 10703 Wurzbach Rd., SATX 78230. The Memorial Rosary will be 7 pm, Sunday, December 21, 2014 at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel. The Graveside Service will be 11:30 am, Monday, December 22, 2014 at Ft. Sam Houston.
