Antonia O. Salazar

Antonia O. Salazar born on January 17, 1943 in Cardenas, San Luis Potosi, Mexico went to be with the Lord on November 18, 2011 in San Antonio,TX at the age of 68. She is preceded in death by her sisters, Maria Mejia, Josefina Guerra, Teresa Alejandre and Carlota Garcia. Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Elvia G. Gonzales (Greg, Jr.), Maria A. Mendez (Isidro, III), Marisol Garza, Dallia Garza (Carlos), Priscilla Saenz (Andy), and Margaret Garza (San Juan); companion, Evangelina M. Alvear; 26 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren; sister, Alicia Sanchez; brothers, Luis Salazar and Joe Salazar; former husband, Jose Raul Garza; also, nunerous nieces, nephews and many other relatives. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. Saturday, November 26, 2011 at Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Rd. A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Sunday, November 27, 2011 in the funeral home chapel. A procession will depart from the funeral home at 10:30 a.m. Monday, November 28, 2011 for an 11:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of the Angels Catholic Church, 1214 Stonewall, San Antonio,TX. Interment will follow in Mission Burial Park South. Services under the direction of
