Anne I. Phelps, born on October 18, 1928, came to rest on January 5, 2014 at the age of 85.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Lyman Parrigan and Perry Parrigan: sister-in-law Betty: and son Michael. She is survived by a son, Jerry and a daughter, Patricia: a grandchild and a great grandchild: numerous nieces and a nephew, and a sister-in-law.
She served in the United States Air Force and was an LVN nurse in San Antonio until she retired in 2004. A visitation will be held on Thursday January 16, 2014 from 10 am to 12 noon at Sunset Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
