Anita Garcia Valle

Anita Garcia Valle, born on December 10, 1920 in Wheelock, TX passed away August 4, 2015 in the comfort of her home at the age of 94. Anita retired from the Nix Hospital and was a loving, faithful wife for 40 years to Pete Valle Jr., who preceded her in death 30 years ago. She was also preceded in death by her son, Robert Valle Sr. She is survived by her daughters, Helen Valle-Rodriguez (Carmelo) and Irene Olivas; sons, Frank and Richard Valle; also, 13 grandchildren, Robert Jr, Sylvia and Joe Valle, Rachel Guerra, Steven Hernandez, Annie Gonzales, Margie Aguilar, Josie Alaniz, Freddy Olivas, Daniel and Anthony Valle, Gina Rodriguez-Freeman and Jerricka Valle; 24 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great- grandchildren; sisters, Margaret Salazar and Mary Carrizal of Houston, TX. She was a devoted Catholic, daughter, sister, wife, mother, aunt, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, friend, and now an angel. Visitation at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples at 5 P.M., Sunday, August 9th followed by a Rosary at 7:00 P.M. Procession will depart Trevino Funeral Home, Monday, August 10th, 8:30 A.M. for a 9:00 A.M. Mass at St Patrick’s Church, 1114 Willow. Burial will follow in Fort Sam Houston at 10:30 A.M.
