Alma V. Vollmer, age 69, passed away on Wednesday, January 25, 2017 in San Antonio. Alma was a very loved mother, sister, friend but most of all grandmother (Nana). She spent her happiest days with her grandchildren who were her biggest prides and joys, and her sister who was always by her side.
Alma was known for her soft heart and loving personality that left an impression on everyone that was lucky enough to meet her. She was a very strong woman who faced many hard obstacles in her later years of life, but fought through it to always see another day. She will be missed by all of her loved ones dearly, and her legacy will live through her children and grandchildren forever.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene L. Vollmer; brother, Adam Vasquez, Jr.; and her parents, Adam Vasquez, Sr. and Minerva Vasquez. Alma is survived by her son, Roger Robledo; daughters, Rachel Hurt and husband Scott; and Rebecca Warmowski and husband John; stepchildren, James Vollmer and wife Rose, Wesley Vollmer, Larry Vollmer and wife Stacie; grandchildren: Ashley, Austen, Destiny, Meghan, Breana, Kayla, Zoey, Aidden, and Justin, sister Norma Vasquez and brother, Jesse D Vasquez
