Alicia R. Diaz

Alicia Rios Diaz passed away on Thursday, January 14, 2021 at the age 94 in San Antonio, Texas. Born on December 31, 1926 in Cline, Texas, she is preceded in death by her parents, Jesus Rios and Aurora Cantu Rios; her beloved husband, Victor M. Diaz; her sister, Herlinda Guajardo; and her brother, Jesus Rios.

Alicia is survived by her sons, Ricardo Diaz (Norma) and Victor Diaz (Alma); her grandchildren, Ricardo Diaz II (Amanda), Jacob Diaz (Heisell), Victor Diaz III, Lucinda Gutierrez (Anthony), Natalie Diaz and Enrique Diaz; her great-grandchildren, Alana, Ricki, Ricardo Diaz, Isaac Gutierrez, and Isabel Gutierrez; and her extended family and friends who loved her.

Due to restrictions on public gatherings, the Visitation at Funeraria del Angel Trevino - 226 Cupples 78237 - will be limited to only 50 people in the building at a time. Face Coverings are required to be worn.

The family will be receiving friends on Tuesday, January 26 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 PM. A Procession will depart at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, January 27 and arrive at San Fernando Cemetery II - 746 Castroville 78237 - for a Graveside Service at 9:15 AM.
