Alexander Z. Garcia, 71, loving husband, father and grandfather, went to be with our heavenly Father on Saturday, October 18, 2014 in San Antonio, TX. He served our country honorably in the U.S. Navy and later served in the U.S. Air Force.
Alex is survived by his wife, Maryhelen; children, Geraldine, Alex and Cynthia; 4 grandchildren and 3 siblings.
Memorial Service will be held 12:30 pm Thursday, October 30, 2014 at University United Methodist Church, 5084 De Zavala, San Antonio, TX. Burial will follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
