Albert DeLuna Rios passed away on Saturday April 1, 2023; Albert was born August 26, 1945, to parents Frank and Herminia Rios in San Antonio, Texas. He graduated from Fox Tech High School in 1954 and joined the Air Force after high school. After the Air Force, he worked for San Antonio Independent School District as a bus driver where he retired. Albert loved watching old western movies, sports especially baseball. To his family he was the king of the TV remote control. His memorable experience was attending a Texas Rangers Baseball game for his birthday.
He was preceded in death by his parents Frank and Herminia Rios and Sister Elena Moreno.
Albert is survived by his wife Hortencia Veliz Rios children Roseanne Veliz Oranday husband Luis Oranday; Carlos Veliz; Joe Veliz wife Doris Veliz; Michael Veliz; Patricia Casas and husband Manny Casas
His brothers Arthur Rios and his wife Stella Rios, Joe Rios and wife Cindy Rios.
Albert had numerous grandchildren, nephews and nieces.
