Albert M. Villarreal Jr., 84, of San Antonio, TX, passed away January 29, 2021. He was born in San Antonio, TX on October 4, 1936 to Albert and Maria Villarreal. He was married to Janie Villarreal for 45 years. Albert worked for Friedrich Air Conditioning for 49 years as a Spot Welder. He was a member of the AFL-CIO and had a passion for being a devotee for Our Lady of Guadalupe.
He was preceded in death by his wife Janie Villarreal.
He is survived by his daughter, Cristina L. Alonzo; son-in-law, Jon D. Alonzo; granddaughters, Tatiana I. Alonzo and Kiara S. Alonzo, along with one great grandson, Maximiliano G. Frias; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to restrictions on public gatherings, the Visitation at Funeraria del Angel Trevino - 226 Cupples Road, San Antonio, TX 78237 - will be limited to 25 people in the building at a time. Face Coverings are required to be worn.
The family will be receiving friends on Monday, February 22nd from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM for a visitation, at Funeraria del Angel Trevino. A Mass to be performed at 1:30 PM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Burial will follow at San Fernando Cemetery II – 746 Castroville Road, San Antonio, TX 78237.
