Ahcook "Cookie" L. Roberts

AhCook Lee Roberts, known to her family and friends as “Cookie” of San Antonio, TX passed away on July 15th, 2024. To her grandkids and great grandkids, She was known as “Po Po" Cookie was born on November 20th, 1930 in Hakalau, Hawaii to Ah Wo and Lun Lee.

Cookie retired from the Texas Department of Health Service after 20 years of service. She was a member of Cross Roads Church in Windcrest, TX.

She was preceded in death by her parents and 6 siblings & her first husband, Edgar J. Moore, son James R. Moore and second husband William E. Roberts Jr. Cookie is survived by her daughter, Barbara A. Brown (Charlie), Granddaughters Jamie L. Swift, Lauren R. Swift, Grandson Jim E. Swift III (Kelly), Great-Grandson Noah J. Uriegas, Great-Granddaughter Ellison O. Uriegas, Sister Patricia A. Lee of Honolulu. HI, and numerous relatives in California and Hawaii. Stepson William E. Roberts III (Patty), Stepdaughters Melissa Tuggey and Rebecca Roberts, Step-grandsons Christopher Tuggey and William E. Roberts IV (Becky), Step-Granddaughters Sarah Karp (Garett) and Katherine Haldeman (Sam), and Step-Great Granddaughters Midna and Tetra Roberts, and Juliana Karp and Great-Grandson James Karp.

Visitation will be held on July 30th, 2024 at Sunset Memorial on Austin Highway from 6:00-9:00PM. Memorial Service will be held on August 6th, 2024 at 10:00AM, at Cross Roads Church, 8102 Midcrown Dr, Windcrest TX 78239.

In lieu of flowers given in her memory can be made to Cross Roads Church.
