Rebecca Ann Ryon

Rebecca Ann Ryon, 69, passed away on Thursday, July 20 2017 in San Angelo. She was born October 11, 1947 in San Angelo to the late, W.C. and Ruth Ann Matlock Ryon. Rebecca was an avid cat lover and jokester. Her daughter stated that Rebecca was always encouraging her to treat everyone equally and to stay open-minded. Her laughter will be missed greatly. She is preceded in death by her parents, W.C. Ryon and Ruth Ann Ricker; and maternal grandparents, William Tillman and Ruth Blanks Matlock.

Survivors include her daughter, Katherine “Kate” Hankins and her husband, Richard Harding; sister, Julia Berg and her husband, Roy; nephew, David James and his wife, Rose; and great nephews, Sebastian and Maximiliano James.

Graveside memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 4, 2017 in the Fairmount Cemetery, San Angelo, Texas.
