Polly attended San Angelo High School and graduated in the class of 1956. Polly was known for her friendliness - she never met a stranger. She loved her pets deeply, especially her dog, Puppy Love.
Polly is preceded in death by her parents. Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Amanda and Ken Barton; her siblings, Carolyn Albert and Mary and Fay Dunbar; her grandchildren, Jarrod and Lauren Ezell, Heather and Zach Carter, and Regina and Geoff Kirby; her nieces and nephews, Lon and Kim Albert, Todd and Cat Albert and Ross and Michelle Albert; as well as 11 great grandchildren.
A visitation for Pollyanna will be held Sunday, July 2, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Johnson's Funeral Home, 435 West Beauregard Avenue, San Angelo, Texas. Her funeral service will occur Monday, July 3, 2023 at 10:00 AM in Johnson's Funeral Home Chapel officiated by Bobby Roger. Interment will follow at Fairmount Cemetery
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made in Polly's name to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
