Maria C. Marquez

Maria C. Marquez, age 96, of San Angelo, Texas passed away on Saturday, November 12, 2022. Maria was born in Zacatecas, Mexico on March 2, 1926 to Robert and Maria Munoz. She later married Eugenio Marquez and together they had 2 children.

Maria enjoyed going on rides, watching novelas and being with her family. She had a faith in God that was unforgettable and you could always find her in the morning reading her bible.

She is preceded in death by Eugenio Marquez Venegas, Rafael Munoz, Robert Munoz, and Maria de Jesus.

Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Robert Marquez and wife Vicky; her daughter, Maria Eugenia Ramirez; her grandchildren, Eugene Reyes, Jessica Ramirez, Robert Marquez Jr., Jasmine Marquez and JR Ramirez and wife Amanda.

A visitation for Maria will be held Thursday, November 17, 2022 at 6:00 PM with a rosary to begin at 7 PM. A mass of christian burial will occur Friday, November 18, 2022 at 10:00 AM at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 11 West Avenue N, San Angelo, Texas with burial to follow at Fairmount Cemetery.
