LeRoy F. Hillegas, Jr. 84, of San Angelo, passed away Wednesday, June 10, 2015 in San Angelo. He was born on Friday, December 15, 1930 in South Ilion, New York to the late, LeRoy F., Sr. and Louise Hillegas. He worked as a welder for many years in the oil well industry and then later with the West Texas Fire Company. LeRoy was preceded in death by his first wife, Nora Hillegas and later married Jacqueline Rutledge on July 24, 2000 in San Angelo. He was of the Greek Orthodox faith.

Survivors include his wife of almost 15 years, Jacqueline Hillegas; 5 step children; and a host of other relatives and friends.
