Joyce Davis

Services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, September 12th in Johnson’s Funeral Home chapel with Rev. David Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Fairmount Cemetery.

Joyce was born May 26, 1939 in Logan, West Virginia to Donald and Amy Garnet (Vance) Stamper.

Joyce was an LVN and worked for a Travel Nursing Agency and the San Angelo State School. Her hobbies were traveling, estate sales, flea markets, farmers markets and gardening both flowers and tomatoes.

Joyce was married to Henry Davis on September 27, 2003 in Denison, TX.

Joyce was preceded in death by her parents and one son Paul Frederick Thorson.

Survivors include her husband Henry Davis of San Angelo; three daughters Kathy Rose Cueva and husband Bill of Denison,TX., Lena Elizabeth Sanson and husband Ted of Mallory, West Virginia and Kirsten Lee Salzano and son-in-law Mike of San Angelo; one son Dr. Kenneth Emory Breedlove and wife Maxine of San Angelo; grandchildren Alee Breedlove of San Angelo, Brittany Reineke and husband Steve of Anna,TX, Joshua Cueva and wife Terra of Denison,TX, Daniel Cueva of San Marcos,TX, Amanda Michelle Sanson of Mallory, West Virginia, Amy Lynn Bunch of Davin, West Virginia, Ivan and Tito Breedlove of San Angelo; five great grandchildren and a very special cousin Loretta Smith and husband Steve.

Pallbearers will be Joshua Cueva, Steve Reineke, Ivan Breedlove, Tito Breedlove, Colton Cmerek and Daniel Cueva.
