Jorge Alfonso Oseguera

He was born on December 7, 1978 in Zamora, Michoacán, Mexico to Javier Oseguera and Evangelina Navarro. Jorge grew up in Oxnard, California and attended Channel Islands. He later began his career in the oil field. He worked for Explore Logistics as a Supervisor / Forklift Operator.

Jorge married Katharine S. Ramirez on September 29, 2001 and had two children. He will always be remembered as a hardworking, loving person who enjoyed always making others laugh. Jorge will be greatly missed by those who had the privilege of knowing him.

Jorge was preceded in death by his mother, Evangelina Navarro; and grandfather, Pedro G. Navarro Jacobo.

Left to cherish Jorge’s memory are his beloved wife, Katharine S. Oseguera; sons, Devin A. Oseguera and Gabriel I. Oseguera; father, Javier Oseguera; grandmother, Maria Navarro Barragan; siblings, Juara Alejandra Oseguera, Eva Maria Oseguera, Francisco Javier Oseguera, and Elizabeth Oseguera. Also left to cherish Jorge’s memory are numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

A Celebration Mass for Jorge will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday November 3, 2023 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Mission in Knickerbocker, Texas.
