Concepcion was born August 15, 1937 to Guadalupe and Barbara Garcia in Ciudad, Acuna, Mexico.
Concepcion loved her children with no limits and showed it daily. Her son Joe enjoyed all the mornings he would go and have coffee with her to start his day. Her son Gabriel enjoyed all the love and care she gave to his children as she helped raise them. Her son Ben enjoyed that she was always available for a conversation. Her daughter Leticia will cherish forever the months she would leave Texas to stay with her and the family in California. Her daughter Gloria loved her company and all the laughs that they shared together. Her daughter Chavela cherishes the moments they spent shopping, taking her out to eat, watching late-night movies and talking about JESUS. Her daughter Lupe enjoyed how they were so alike but loved each other to the core. Her daughter Pat will cherish all the times of coffee and lunch that they shared together. Our beloved mother always shared her stories of childhood and her life. Our mother was a pillar and matriarch of our family and will be dearly missed but never forgotten.
Concepcion is survived by her children: Jose Robles (Theresa), Javier Robles, Ben Alvarado (Cynthia), and Gabriel Alvarado (Cindy); daughters: Gloria Reece (Larry), Maria Isabel Perez (Sammy), Patricia Cuellar (Cristella), Lupe Alvarado, and Leticia Spriggs (Jay); 3 sisters and 4 brothers as well as 27 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
