Brenda Binyon Keese

Brenda attended Lake View High School and graduated with the class of 1973. She later began working for Levi Strauss & Co. as a supervisor. When that company closed, Brenda became a manager at Sitel. She married the love of her life, Ronald Keese, on December 11, 1975 and they had twin girls, Christina & Cynthia.

Brenda will always be remembered for the compassionate love that she showed her children and grandchildren. She always made sure she was present at her grandchildren's activities, that was a priority of hers. She loved to bake around the holidays (or at any family members request) and enjoyed trips to the beach as well. They visited Port Aransas frequently. Brenda adored anything Mickey Mouse, especially her Mickey Mouse Christmas Village that she put up every year for the holidays. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother whose memory we will cherish.

Brenda is preceded in death by her parents, her brother, Donnie Binyon, and her sister in law, Linda Glidewell.

She is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Ronald Keese; her daughters, Christina Granado and husband Marcos Sr., and Cynthia Granado and husband Thomas; her step daughter, Tricia Steeley; her grandchildren, Trenton Granado and wife Conchita, Gillian Granado, Marcos Granado, Jr., Irene Granado, Izabella Granado, Mariah, Anthony and Nick Clements; her great grandchildren, Kazleigh and Baylon Granado, Conrad, Phoenix, and Dickie Clements; her brother, David Binyon and wife Kim; her sister in law, Debbie Binyon; her brother in law; George Keese & wife Donna; her nieces and nephews; Kevin Schultz, Winn Shultz, Jason O'Bryan, Melissa Young, Cheret Harvey, Brandi Mapel, Cody Binyon, Dawn Roubison and Jimmy Keese; as well as many special friends.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, September 26, 2023 from 6-8 PM at Johnson's Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 11 AM, Wednesday, September 27, 2023 in Johnson's Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Johnson's Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers include Thomas Granado, Marcos Granado Sr., Marcos Granado, Jr., Trenton Granado, Sabien Granado, and Danny Balderas. Honorary Pallbearers are David Binyon, Cody Binyon, Kevin O'Bryan Schultz, and Winn Schultz.
