Beau has always been a person I have respected and revered  for his unmatched technical and engineering skills and knowledge in the Oil & Gas Industry.    He was a man who genuinely cared about helping others and sharing his knowledge.   He had a warm and engaging personality and a friend to those he met.
I extend my heartfelt condolences, thoughts and prayers to the Urech family, he will be missed.

Beau Urech was a tremendous person. He was honest, hard working, technically brilliant, and dependable. He was a fantastic engineer, always coming up with new ideas. At the same time he could be extremely funny as some of the greatest laughs I have had were with Beau Urech. I worked for many years with Beau at Lone Steel Steel and at Tubular Synergy.  We traveled the world together numerous times. I was thankful that he found love with Misty and had the  daughters as they and Misty meant everything to him. I was saddened upon hearing the news and will really miss Beau. My prayers are with his family.

One of my fondest memories of Beau was the day I officiated at his marriage to Misty. Misty is a dear friend and I was honored to be asked to join them in marriage. Beau was filled with so much love it just shone from his entire being. The two of them together filled your heart with so much joy.  He was a great husband and adored Dad to his four girls. Jeff and I are so sad for his passing.  Sending so much love to Beau's girls. Rest peacefully dear one.

I'll miss this great friend.   So often I was in awe of his brilliant mind, but his quick wit and laugh is what I'll miss most.   He could make me laugh so hard!   


I have had the pleasure of knowing Beau for some years through working with API and other industry affiliations.  He contributed greatly to our industry and will be greatly missed.  Our condolences and prayers are extended to his family and friends.

I am at a loss for words that seem sufficient. Beau was such a unique person, and I treasure his friendship. We worked together for many years at LSS. Last summer my wife and I had lunch with Beau, Misty, and the girls. We had a great time reminiscing and talking about the future. Kay and I are truly heartbroken....Our prayers are with Misty and the girls.

Beau was a renaissance man.  An exquisite intellect both professionally and socially.    He was a co-worker, a customer, and a supplier and always acted with honor and concern for doing the right thing.  The industry has lost one of it’s best.  He will be missed

Beau was such a special person in so, so many ways. The industry has lost a truly irreplaceable icon. While we are heartbroken over the loss, we have many fond memories of our friend and coworker, Beau. From his playing Batman for our boys when they were small kids to many trips with Beau around the world, so many treasured memories of Beau come rushing back during this sad time.

I am saddened at the loss of Beau. He and I worked together at LSS and in the early months after the merger with USS.  We traveled abroad together on technical pipe making tours of India, Russia and China. He and I collaborated together on many API and ISO pipe standards issues. Beau was a very creative and accomplished engineer. I will miss him and the industry he served will very much miss him.
