1939-2014
Born in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Eldest of nine children of Oliver LeVern Nielson and Virginia Gellings Nielson
Wife to George A. Stone for 53 years. Mother to one daughter, two sons. Grandmother to one girl, 11 boys, four great grandchildren. Foster mother to several Navajo children.
At age 17 entered Holy Cross School of Nursing. Worked as RN in most areas of the hospital. Started and ran a private business as a professional seamstress.
Member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She held many positions within the church, teaching, homemaking, was in scouting for 13 years, ward & stake librarian for 30 years.
