She was born on October 25, 1938, to Phyllis Margaret Wright and Reed William Wood in Salt Lake City, Utah. She married Harley Glen Watson in the Salt Lake Temple where they were sealed for time and all eternity on October 6, 1961.
Margaret was loved by all who met her. Her kind heart and caring ways made her a friend and example to all who knew her. She was active in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Even though she was busy raising seven children, she gave of her time and talents freely in service to the church and everyone around her. Her four sons served missions for the church and all seven children were sealed in the temple.
Her family was her passion. She enjoyed playing the piano, sewing, and being a member of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers. She was proud to have studied at LDS Business College and she could do shorthand quickly and efficiently. When she married and started her family, she became a full-time homemaker. She loved children and would often take others into her home whenever someone needed assistance.
