Lois Faurschou Smith

1924-2015

Lois Faurschou Smith passed away peacefully on August 24, 2015 at Rocky Mountain Care Center. Lois was born October 12, 1924 in Salt Lake City to Clarence Christian and Albertha Clara Hodges Faurschou. She married Joseph Marriner Smith in the Salt Lake Temple on June 1, 1951. She is preceded in death by her husband Joseph, son, Joseph Michael smith, parents and two siblings. She is survived by son Paul Smith, daughter, Carol Warby, nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren. The viewing will be held Thursday, August 27th from 6-8pm at Evans and Early Mortuary, 574 East 100 South. Funeral Services will be Friday, August 28, 2015 at Granger West 9th Ward, LDS Building, 4460 West Courtney Drive (2800 South), West Valley City, Utah. Interment will be in the Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 17111 1700 West, Riverton, Utah following the services.
