Dorothy loved her family, both immediate and extended. Her greatest joy was found in service to others, and she couldn't be happy unless you were happy, too. Her greatest desire is to gain eternal life with her entire family at her side.
Dot loved her Savior, and she loved serving in His church. She and Al served a mission to The Belgium/Netherlands Dutch speaking mission, where she grew to love the two countries and the people she met there. She served in all branches of the auxiliaries, and loved best whatever she was doing at the moment. At the time of her death she was a member of the Salt Lake Valley View 12th ward in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Dorothy is survived by her husband of almost 71 years, Albert L Fisher, and her children Geri
Richards (Doug), Barbara Olsen (Steve) and Doug (Terrie), 14 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, and her brother, Orion Bishop(Sue). She was preceded in death by her grandson, Scott Olsen, and her sister, Bae (Kelly) Gardner.
