She married Earl Francom and later married the love of her life, Owen L. Davis, on May 5, 1946 in Salt Lake City; their marriage was then solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple in 1988. She later married Nephi Nemelka. She was a faithful member of the LDS church where she served in many callings including Primary President, Cub Scout Leader, Relief Society Presidency and many others. She filled a temple mission to Atlanta, Georgia and loved her work in the Jordan River Temple for 20 years. She also was a manager at Harmon’s Café (KFC) for many years. She was truly an angel here on earth living a life of service giving and caring for others whenever someone was in need. Kind and endearing, she was adored by all those who had the privilege of knowing her. Her faith in and love of her Savior and strong moral character served as an example to everyone. Chris will be missed, and her memory held close to our hearts. She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. James G, (Marie) Clegg; Vickie Wozab, and Mrs. Ed (Susan) Midgley; one son Owen R (June) Davis and one daughter-in-law Barbara Francom, 17 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren. Clegg and great great granddaughter Shelby Yelsma Coles. Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 9 at 11:30AM at the Garden Cove Ward, 1925 West 90th South, West Jordan, UT.
