Carma L Van Wagoner

Carma attended East High School, University of Utah and Stevens Henegar College. She married Alan Clyve Van Wagoner in September, 1945, later divorced.

Carma was devoted to her family, always there when she was needed. She inherited her mother’s sixth sense, always knowing when something was wrong and calling to offer help or support.

Carma’s love of animals is legendary. Through her life she had horses, dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, and even pastured her neighbor’s sheep.

Carma worked into her 70’s for First Security Bank, always saying “You catch more Bee’s with honey than you do Vinegar.”

Carma was single at the time of her death. Carma’s survived by Son Larry (Debbie), and Daughter Marie Van Wagoner Sharp. Carma is preceded in death by her parents Joseph L Crawley and Virginia J Miller, her siblings, a brother and sister, her daughter Cindy Curran and her granddaughter Shawna Van Wagoner. Carma is survived by 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

Services will be Wednesday January 12, 2021 at 1:00 pm at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary 3401 South Highland Drive, Millcreek, UT 84106. Interment will be at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park 3401 South Highland Drive, Millcreek, UT 84106.
