Lowell A. Hofe

Lowell A. Hofe, 88, of the Hebron, Salisbury area passed away Tuesday, August 13, 2024 at his home. Born May 28, 1936 in Williamsport, Pennsylvania he was the son of the late Charles William and Minnie Leiter Hofe.

He was a United States Marine Corps Veteran. Lowell worked as the Vice President and General Manager of Cavanaugh Motors, Salisbury Ford Lincoln Mercury, Sherwood Ford, and Mark May Ford. He was a past member of Green Hill and enjoyed playing golf.

He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Beverly H. Hofe; son, David Hofe and Melanie; daughter, Lynn Anderson and Jeff Baer; grandson, Tanner Hofe; and Andy Anderson and Gayle. He was preceded in death by his son, Richard Hofe.

A graveside funeral service will be held Monday, August 19th at 2pm at Wicomico Memorial Park on Snow Hill Rd in Salisbury where friends may visit from 12:30-1:30 at Bounds Funeral Home on East Main St. in Salisbury.
