Grace Taylor Davis, 87, of Wango passed away Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at Coastal Hospice at the Lake. Born in Shavox, she was the daughter of the late Charles Jenifer Taylor and Helen Klein Taylor.She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who loved spending time with her family. She and her soul mate, Robert, just celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary last month. She is survived by many loving relatives. Her husband, Robert M. Davis, and five children: Karen Davis and her husband John Roach of Annapolis, Joan T. Davis (Edward Scott) of Wango, N. Susan McClanahan and her husband Mark of Southern Maryland, Sandi Fay and her husband John of Southern California, and Ronald K. Davis of Wango. Also, four grandchildren Renae & Ryan Davis and John and Virginia Fay; one great-grandchild, Nolan Cramer; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by eight brothers and sisters, Charles J. Taylor, Walter A. Taylor, Raymond S. Taylor, Ralph K. Taylor, Norman E. Taylor, Alice B. Parker, Edith G. Osborne, and Ruth E. Haney. A funeral service will be held Sunday, November 26 at 2pm at Bounds Funeral Home on East Main Street in Salisbury where friends may visit one hour prior to the service. Rev. Oren Perdue will officiate. Interment will follow in Wango Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Grace to Wango Cemetery, 33790 Laws Road, Parsonsburg, MD 21849.
