Dennis R. Knight, Sr., 80, of Snow Hill passed away Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at Tidal Health Peninsula Regional. Born in Baltimore, Dennis was the son of the late Joseph and Viola Finchen Knight.

He worked at the Meadow Ridge Memorial Cemetery most of his career. He loved to fish and be with his family! It was his loving and caring personality that people loved about him and he always made a friend everywhere he went.

Dennis is survived by his wife of 40 years, Ellen Knight, sons Dennis Knight Jr, Kevin Knight Sr, grandchildren Brandon, Jaryd, Jessica, Emma, Kevin Jr, Christopher and Lea, siblings Steve, Larry, Connie and Bill. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Evelyn and Debbie.

His family will be privately Celebrating his life.
