Carolyn Moore Ford

Carolyn Moore Ford, 74, of Salisbury passed away Wednesday, January 27, 2016 surrounded by her family at Coastal Hospice at the Lake. Born in Crisfield she was the daughter of the late Edward Gorman “Blondy” Moore and Emily Marie Riggin Moore.

Carolyn was a graduate of Crisfield High School and worked for many years at Ponzetti’s Pizza. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family.

She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Bill Ford; three children, Sherri Pritchett and her husband Davis, Steve Ford and his wife Faith, and Gregory Ford; four grandchildren, Roxanne, Lucas, Zackary, and Christian; one great-grandson, Paul; brother, Eddie Moore; sister, Betty Merritt; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held Saturday at 11am at Bounds Funeral Home on East Main Street in Salisbury where friends and family may call one hour prior to the service.
