Alyssa “Lu-Lu” Rose Williams, 20, of Salisbury passed away, Sunday, February 16, 2020. Born in Salisbury she was the daughter of Sherri Lynn Williams and Chadwick Michael Bowling; step-mother Joanne Bowling.
Lu-Lu graduated from WiHi in 2017. She was a bright, outgoing, loving daughter, mother, sister and friend to so many. She touched the lives of all who knew her with such positive impact. An irreplaceable young, free-spirited beautiful soul. Alyssa could brighten a room just by her infectious laugh that you could recognize from anywhere. To know her was to know true, genuine love and acceptance. She saw the best in every person. Hair and makeup came so natural to her, she had dreams of pursuing cosmetology. Wesley, her baby boy was the light of her life, her ray of sunshine. She dedicated her all to mothering him, a role that was cut extremely too soon. She’ll forever be remembered as our fearless, feisty, little Lu-Lu who was ready to take on the world with her boundless energy and unstoppable drive. She trusted and loved the Lord as her Savior, where she now sings and dances with the angels. Our Lu-Lu is now at rest in the loving arms of Jesus.
In addition to her parents she is survived by her son, Wesley Keith Rathell; sisters, Samantha Worley (Charlie) and Alexandria Bowling (Dylan); brother, Michael Worley (Hannah); step brother, Charles Heller (Pike); grandparents, Della Williams; Mary and James Bowling; and Marcia Agnor; David A. Worley; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by grandfather, Robert D. Williams and uncle Robert D. Williams Jr.
