Sandy is loved by many people and will be missed by all.
Sandy is survived by her beloved son, Donald Smith, grandson, Joseph Smith and granddaughter, Kelsey Smith Hoffman. Sandy is also survived by her brother, Tom Gitchel, several half sisters and brothers and a step-sister.
Sandy was predeceased by a son, Franklin Smith and her husband, Marvin Pech.
A memorial service for Sandra will be held Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Belcrest Memorial Park, 1295 Browning Avenue S, Salem, Oregon 97302.
