Born in Braham, MN, February 11, 1961 to Jim and Janet Evans. Russ was the middle child of three and the only son. He worked at Salem Equipment for many years as a welder with his dad before going to work at WinCo Foods April 12, 1999 as a truck driver, retiring October 17, 2022.
He married Karen in March of 1998 in Salem Oregon where they raised four children together.
He is proceeded in death by his parents and sister Missey. He is survived by his wife Karen, Son Daniel and daughters Tiffany, Jayme (Jake), and Emily (Jordan). Sister Ginger Heath (Matthew). Four granddaughters and numerous nieces and nephews.
