Rhonda J. Brumbaugh, 66, of Salem, Oregon passed away April 10, 2018. She was born in Seattle, Washington on February 18, 1952. She graduated from North Salem High School. She enjoyed working with Rockwest. She was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, and has a passion for traveling and gardening. She was survived by her sister, Colleen Brumbaugh, and cousins; Diane (Kevin) Martineau, Karen (Randy) Buchman, Jessica, and Janet (Todd) Williams. Rosary, Monday, April 16 at 9:30am at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, 721 Chemeketa St. Salem, Memorial Mass to follow. Graveside, Restlawn Memory Gardens, 1:00pm, April 16.
