Kenneth G. Stevens, born April 29, 1936 and passed away October 29, 2013.
He was born in Kansas, spent his youth in Haigler, Nebraska and he came to Oregon in 1947.
After graduating Salem High School, he spent his working life in the culinary arts and retired from cooking for the oil companies in Prudhoe Bay Alaska.
He was the youngest of 3 children and was the only son.
He was preceded in death by his sister Reva McKinney and his wife Barbara Jean. He is survived by his sister Lila Bach, his 3 kids from his first marriage, son Ken Stevens, son Larry Stevens and daughter Brenda Oliver and 3 kids from his second marriage James Barber, John Barber and Curtis Barber and later added Tim Carlson as one of his own.
He is also survived by a multitude of grandchildren, great grandchildren and those who loved him.
