John, I met you at Maysville annual reunion 2018, 4 years ago. You were 5 years older than me but we talked for a good while. You gave me 5 of your published books that you authored. I had stashed them away and just now have found them to read.  I am enjoying them very, very much with all the mystery, and history of Oklahoma and especially the geography and cities and towns around Maysville, Purcell, Elmore City, Paola, Pauls Valley.  They have brought back so much good memories especially of the small towns we grew up in and around.
I so wish that I had written to you sooner.
