Louise Hill was born and raised in Monmouth Oregon where she graduated High School. She married the love of her life Carl Ostrin on June 16, 1948 and spent 65 years together until his death in March 2013.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She has 10 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
Louise went to school and became a RN and loved her work. Her and Carl loved vacations to Hawaii, working with flowers from her yard.
Survivors include sons Mike and Jim Ostrin of Salem. Louise is preceded in death by husband Carl and son Tom Ostrin.
Viewing to be held Friday, March 14th from 11:00am to 5:00pm at Howell Edwards Doerksen Funeral Home. Crypt Side Service on Saturday, March 15th at 1:00pm at Belcrest Memorial Park.
