Dottie passed away on February 5th, 2013 in Salem, Oregon.
She was married to James Lloyd Baughman on June 30th 1947 in Reno, Nevada.
They lived in several Oregon towns, including Lebanon, Crabtree, Mill City and Salem. Dottie was a very talented business woman and started Baughman Antiques in the 1961 and had a shop in Crabtree and Mill City for many years. They also bought and refurbished many homes. They moved to Salem in 1990 and continued in the business. After retiring from logging and mill work her husband joined her in the venture.
Dottie’s was preceded in death by her husband James in 1990 and her son John Gerard in 2002.
She lived independently until she was 88 years old, when her niece Barbara Hamblin came to live with her.
Dottie enjoyed cooking, gardening, reading, and watching certain religious television programs and her annual Dallas Family Picnics, where we also celebrated her 90th birthday in 2011. She was a supporter of Friends of Felines.
Dottie is survived by several nieces and nephews.

Arrangements by Howell Edwards Doerksen with Rigdon-Ransom Funeral Directors in Salem, Oregon for funeral services on Friday, February 15th at 1pm. Interment will be at Belcrest Memorial Park in Salem.
