David Lee Towry Jr.

Born December 15, 1972 in Salem, Oregon. He grew up in Estacada and moved to Salem where he attended school at Sprague High. He pursued a career as a mechanic. He was part owner of Aumsville Automotive. His son Tyler was born in 1999. Dave married his wife Nikki in 2007. Dave started a career with New York Life insurance and worked as an insurance agent until he was unable to continue due to declining health.

Outside of work, Dave loved to go to Florence and ride quads. He loved spending time with his friends and family. He was also passionate about music and played the guitar. His favorite band of all time was Led Zeppelin.

Dave will be remembered for his quick wit and love for cooking. He was a devoted husband to his wife Nikki and a loving father to his adopted son Kyle and son Tyler. He also leaves behind his sister Jeri Lin and her children, as well as many cousins and friends. He follows his parents, Linda Wiebe and Dave Towry Sr., also both deceased.

A private service for Dave will be held on a future date. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Dave's memory to The National Ankylosing Spondylitis Society. Dave will be deeply missed, but his memory will live on in the hearts of all those who knew and loved him.
