Bobbie Gail Burris was born on June 19, 1942, she passed away peacefully in her home on January 17, 2025. Bobbie was born in Hanna, Oklahoma where she was one of ten children. She was the daughter of Dee Tuck and Leila B. (Tuck) Reece. She lived her childhood years in Oklahoma then moved to Salem where she resided for most of her life. Bobbie retired from the Oregon Department of Transportation after working there for several years. Bobbie enjoyed going to the casino, gardening, visiting with family, and shopping. Bobbie spent many years caregiving for her sister Twyla. Those preceding her in death were Laura Joyce Graham, Patricia Waunell Person, James Neal Tuck, Billy Dee Tuck, Peggy Lee Smith, Nyla Faye Wagoner, and Alyn Dale Tuck. She is survived by her son Gary Burris, and sisters Twyla Gaye Tuck of Salem, OR and Judy Lynn Dierks of Lacey, WA. She has many many nieces, nephews and grand children who love her and will miss her very much. A special thank you to Paladin Hospice for your help and guidance.
