Alain a very smart, good person. Learned a lot from him. Very Sorry.

I was very saddened to hear of Alain’s passing.   He was a good man, a friend to many, and a Veteran who made me proud to be American.  He will be deeply missed by all the watch and car enthusiasts who knew him both in person as well as online.

I'm so sad to hear this. Alain has been very helpful to me and many other online friends in the past,  a veritable giant in "our thing" in the watch collecting community.

I have know Alain for 20 years as a member of various online watch forums and on the forum that he founded back in 2009. We shared a lot of info and watches over the years. At times it was a rocky road but I'll always count him as a friend. Sorry to hear that he has passed.
