Just a quick note to let you know that you are thought of often. 
Your name always comes up at breakfast with the guys and a quick laugh at some of the things we all did at work. We hope that you're at peace and your soul is in Heaven.

Not a day goes by when I don't think of you Philly. I miss  our daily chats when you would tell me the story of the day. I would just laugh and laugh over and over again. 
You always were looking out for me and offered me good advise , there were times I didn't take it, then you would get mad at me and in certain words tell me I was being a dummy. Most of the time you were right. You were always honest and I felt your love, even though it was weird for you to tell someone you cared. When I needed someone to look up to, you were there for me. You were the greatest friend and the best "Unk" a guy could ask to have in their life.  
There are times you voice will just pop in my head... and it makes me smile.... Can't believe it has been two years. 

Can't believe it's already been a year.  You are sadly missed. Rest in peace my friend. 

Dear Linda,
     It's so hard to express our feelings about the loss of Phillip, he will surly be missed. We enjoyed many years of working together and going for breakfast and lunch with other retirees from work.  Whenever we needed to know something about food, Phil was the man to ask.  He loved to  shop and  was always ready to find a new restaurant to try out. We always enjoyed his company and his sense of humor.  With deepest sympathy, Janis and I send our thoughts and prayers for you and Phil.
